We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Lighthouse Publications. In the event that a return is necessary, please be sure to use the following guidelines so that we can ensure prompt and proper handling of your return.
It is very important that you contact our returns department to receive a RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning ANY merchandise. Any merchandise received without this will not receive credit.
OOPS! OUR MISTAKE
If you have received merchandise which is defective, or was shipped in error, we will supply you with a special package return label. Using this label will allow you to return the merchandise at no cost to you. Please be sure to include with your package any appropriate paperwork, such as the packing slip which accompanied your order. We will then replace the item or credit your account accordingly.
Please keep in mind all custom orders are non-refundable. Freight is non-refundable.*If you decide to exchange an item, in order for your return to be accepted and credited, all merchandise must be clean, sellable stock, and free from dealer’s marks/labels.
